At this pop-up, you can immerse yourself in art — and in booze, too
If you think art and booze don’t go well together, think again.
At the newly-reopened Tanqueray Terrace in its new location in Bonifacio High Street Southway in BGC, you can heal your inner child with an art workshop while drinking bespoke cocktails.
The hotspot boasts of fresh citrus smell, art installations, and all things botanical.
On Saturday, surface designer and visual artist John Nofiel will lead an art workshop for guests to design their own Tanqueray Copa glasses. At the same time, 2018’s Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender of the Year, Lester Ligon, will craft bespoke cocktails inspired by John’s Copa glass creations on that day.
On the final week of Tanqueray Terrace on the first weekend of April, visual artist and environmental advocate Anina Rubio will lead the Tanqueray Copa Glass painting workshop to be complemented by 2022’s World Class Philippines Bartender of The Year Claude De Lima’s very own unique cocktail creation.
To avail yourself of a slot, you may sign up at https://tanquerayterraceph.helixpay.ph/ for P450 to receive a workshop kit and two Tanqueray and Tonics.
For those who want to experience the Tanqueray Terrace on their own, it’s open for all guests aged 18 and above from Wednesdays to Sundays, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. until April 2, 2023. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
