This Chinese restaurant in Alabang offers unli dim sum and more for P888

For those who simply couldn't get enough of dim sum, Shanghai Saloon, a modern Chinese restaurant inspired by the 1920s dining scene in Shanghai, just opened its second branch in Molito Lifestyle Center as a treat to all the Southies!

Now, Shanghai Saloon isn't your typical Chinese restaurant. Aside from offering a wide variety of dim sum, the newly opened restaurant offers a Yum Cha Eat-All-You-Can promo for a limited time only, where you can enjoy unlimited dim sum, appetizers, soups, congees, entrees, noodles, rice, and dessert for only P888!

The catch? Nothing much, really, but you're only allowed to feast on your dim sum buffet for a maximum of two hours, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The promo runs until June 30.

The dim sum selection spans 21 classic and premium choices, including Shrimp Dumplings (Hakaw), Pork with Mushroom (Siomai), Chicken Feet with Black Pepper, Pork Ribs with Black Beans Sauce, Minced Beef Balls, Bean Curd Sheet Rolls with Oyster Sauce, Sichuan Pork Dumplings, Sweetened Smooth Taro Creamed Buns, Jumbo Pao with Salted Egg, Taro Dumpling, and Vegetable Spring Roll.

It also includes Golden Prawn Dumplings with Mayonnaise, Mango Prawn Roll with Cheese, Sesame Prawn Toast, Depp Fried Bun with Condensed Milk, Fried Radish Cake with Egg and XO Sauce, Pan Fried Shanghai Pork Dumpling, Char Kway with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Oven-Baked Traditional Egg Tart, Oven-Baked Custard Bun (Traditional HK Style), and Fried Char Kway with Wasabi Mayonnaise.

Shanghai Saloon offers Marinated Jelly Fish with Sichaun Chili and Cantonese Soy Sauce Chicken for appetizers, Braised Eight Treasure Fish Maw Soup, Sichuan Hot and Sour Soup, and Minced Chicken with Corn Soup for soups, and Century Egg with Minced Pork Congee for congee.

Meanwhile, suppose the dim sum selection doesn't satisfy you enough, you may also enjoy entrees like Salt and Pepper Squid, Stir-Fried Chicken with Dried Chili "Kung Pao" Style, Honey Glazed Sweet & Sour Pork, and tir-Fried Green Beans with Roasted Pork Belly and Mushrooms.

For noodles and rice, the restaurant offers Steamed Jasmine Rice, Yang Chow Fried Rice, and Stewed E-fu Noodles with Mushrooms and Bean Sprouts.

Finally, for dessert, you may choose between Chilled Black Gulaman with Pandan Syrup and Ice Cream, or get both, just because you can with this promo.
