Filipino chocolate brand Auro collaborates with Japanese almond milk brand Almond Koka for a pop-up cafe
Meet Orinasu Cafe, a collaborative pop-up between Japanese almond milk brand Almond Koka and Filipino chocolate faves Auro.
Located in Mitsukoshi BGC, Orinasu Café reserves a limited-edition Choc Au Lait line composed of vegan-friendly menu items.
The line is comprised of four options beginning with Miso Salted Caramel (starts P265), a white chocolate drink combined with miso, Auro's salted caramel, and topped with white chocolate shavings.
The Hojicha drink (starts P265) combines Auro's white chocolate and hojicha, a kind of Japanese green tea.
The White Chocolate Matcha (starts P240) meanwhile is made with heritage Japanese brand Ikeda Senchado’s matcha creation.
Finally, the Dark Choc (starts P180) is made with Auro’s dark chocolate and, once again, Almond Koka’s almond milk.
The pop-up café also offers French toast with dark chocolate fillings and strawberry jam for P165. Almond Koka and Auro Chocolate items are also available.
Orinasu Café is open until February 19.
