Singapore's Wooshi Rolls to open in PH this 2026
Here’s a healthier option for sushi lovers!
Wooshi Rolls, a Singaporean maki roll and rice bowl brand, is set to open its first outpost in the Philippines, marking its first store outside the Little Red Dot.
At the heart of its menu are maki rolls, including Big Bang Tofu, which combines grilled tofu, tempura enoki, toasted almonds, and creamy basil pesto, and Cali Crush, made with crab sticks, crunchy ebiko, avocado, and wasabi mayo.
More filling options inspired by Filipino flavors include Pork N’ Roll with pork adobo, mango, and chicharon bagnet, as well as Seoul Sister with bulgogi beef, melted cheese, and kimchi.
Rice bowls are also available, which come with the same flavor-forward approach, including Seoul Mate with bulgogi beef and yuzu teriyaki; Ebi Ever After with tempura ebi and ramen egg; and Sensei Unagi with grilled mushrooms and furikake.
“Filipino consumers are looking for meals that are flavor-forward, flexible, and easy to fit into their daily routines,” SSI Group Inc. president Anton Huang said in the press release.
“Wooshi meets those expectations with a concept that is approachable, customisable, and designed for how people eat today,” he added.
Wooshi is set to open at Central Square in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, later this 2026.
