UP Diliman's Mang Larry's Isawan reopens in another QC location

After closing its doors at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Mang Larry’s Isawan has reopened at a new location in Quezon City.

Currently in its soft opening, the new branch is located at 28 Road 20, Project 8, Quezon City.

"Isaw trip, anyone? Mang Larry's Isawan is officially serving in Project 8!" the street food staple announced on Facebook.

In February, the brand was evicted from UP Diliman following a court-ordered closure.

After shutting down its longtime stall, Mang Larry’s Isawan thanked the UP community for its support through the years.

“We likewise express our sincere gratitude to the UP Diliman community for the years of support and goodwill extended to Mang Larry’s Isawan,” they wrote.

Mang Larry’s Isawan rose to fame for serving its popular isaw and other street food favorites to UP students. Since then, it has expanded to other locations, including Sikatuna Village, UP Village, and an area near UST, among others.
