Carousel Creamery in San Juan City to close store on June 30
Carousel Creamery, an ice cream shop in San Juan City, Metro Manila, will be closing its store on June 30.
The shop announced the closure of its physical location via social media on Sunday, noting that it is "unable to continue with the high rent."
"It has been lovely to serve you and your ice cream needs the last 10 years. We have come to feel the warmth and love of each and everyone of you," it said.
Carousel Creamery also praised its exceptional staff for their service.
The shop added that it will continue to sell 70 ice cream flavors in cups, pints, and half-gallons at its Big Scoop stores.
Customers can also still find Carousel Creamery ice cream online, as well as in select grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and resellers in Metro Manila. Some of these establishments include Candid Coffee, Morton's Steakhouse, Longhorn, Fogo de Chao, NYX Buffet by the Vikings Group, and more.
"One day we will have a store again but probably in a smaller format but still with the same dedication to quality," it said. "Please enjoy our last month and come by when you can."
Carousel Creamery is located at 8 Missouri Street, Greenhills, San Juan, and is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
