National French Fries Day: BOGO, discount deals up for grabs this weekend

One of the greatest food creations made out of potatoes? French fries.

This year, National French Fries Day falls on Friday, July 10, and in the Philippines, several fast-food chains and French fries brands are already gearing up for the celebration with Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promos and discounted deals.

If you're looking for a little comfort snack this weekend, perhaps while catching “Toy Story 5” or “Supergirl” at the cinema, here are some irresistible French fries deals you can enjoy beginning Friday.

Potato Corner

From July 10 to 13, Potato Corner is offering a Buy One, Get One promo on its selected French fries sizes.

Customers who purchase a Mega fries will get a free Large fries, while those who buy Giga or Tera fries will receive a free Jumbo fries.

The promo is available in all Potato Corner branches nationwide.

New York Fries and Dips (NYFD)

On July 13, New York Fries and Dips (NYFD) is offering solo-sized shoestring fries paired with a 240mL Goodday Friz for just P1.

The one-day promo is available from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the first 150 customers only. Each customer may redeem the offer only once, and it cannot be combined with other promos, discounts, senior citizen privileges, or other discount programs.

The piso promo is available at selected NYFD branches nationwide.

McDonald’s

McDonald's is marking National French Fries Day with a one-day-only deal on its BFF Fries. On July 10, customers can enjoy BFF Fries for only P99 at all McDonald's stores nationwide.

Jollibee

At Jollibee, it's not just a French Fries Day — it's a National Fries Week! The local joint is offering a free upsize on its Fries Snack Combos.

The promo runs until July 10 and is available at all Jollibee stores nationwide.
