Chef Chele Gonzalez expands cheesecake lineup with two Italian-inspired creations

Chef Chele Gonzalez has expanded his Burnt Basque Cheesecake signature collection with two new creations inspired by Italian ingredients: Parmesan Cheesecake and Nutella Tarta de Queso.

Developed by Chele and his wife, Teri, the latest offerings put a unique spin on the brand's signature Spanish-style burnt Basque cheesecake.

The Parmesan Cheesecake (starts at P1,600), inspired by one of Chele's most trusted ingredients throughout his culinary career, puts Parmesan at the forefront of a savory-meets-sweet creation. The recipe combines Parmesan, Grana Padano, and a carefully selected third cheese to create a bold yet balanced flavor profile.

On the other hand, the Nutella Tarta de Queso (starts at P1,200) offers a playful take on the classic burnt Basque cheesecake by incorporating the beloved chocolate-hazelnut spread into the brand's signature recipe, resulting in a rich and creamy dessert with a caramelized finish.

Both flavors are available at Burnt Basque Cheesecake by Chele at The Podium.
