Problem Child is PH's best bar, ranks 44th on Asia's Best Bars 2026
Problem Child has emerged as the best bar in the Philippines, according to Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026.
The intimate speakeasy in Makati City is the only Philippine bar to make this year's Top 50 list, ranking 44th.
Helmed by Kevin Corales, Wendy Esteban, and Patrick Leyble, Problem Child opened its doors in late 2025. The bar features a rotating menu centered on a single-color theme that changes every three months.
Meanwhile, The Spirits Library, also located in Makati City, ranked 98th on the Top 100 list.
Notably, The Curator Coffee and Cocktails did not make the 2026 list after ranking 78th in 2025 and 33rd in 2024.
Asia's 50 Best Bars is compiled based on the votes of the Asia's 50 Best Bars Academy, an influential group of hundreds of industry experts and bar industry leaders from across the region.
The World's 50 Best Bars brand was established in 2009, while its annual awards ceremony was launched in 2012.
