Solenn gives sneak peek at her fitness book
Kapuso actress Solenn Heussaff revealed some features from her first book "Hot Sos".
The book gives a variety of tips from food choices to physical and mental health. Solenn based her book on personal experiences with exercise and eating right.
She shared who motivated her to start working out and how she struggled with changing her daily routine to a healthy one.
"When I moved back in Manila in my early twenties, my mom encouraged me to work out. She loved yoga and still does, so she made me go to classes with her. Yoga is the first work out I really got into, But after several years drinking whatever, eating whatever and staying up late, it took me a while to get in the habit of exercise." she said.
Solenn gave her followers motivational words.
"Live your life. Love your body. Live healthy. Stay Fit and be Fun. Screw the Haters. Smile at the people who invent gossip just so that they can feel relevant and create "buzz". Be true to yourself. Know who you are. #HotSosFitClub"
"Hot Sos" will be launched on September 3 at the Glorietta 5 Atrium.
