Sanya Lopez shares the workout, diet regimen fit for her busy schedule


The day gets filled up for Kapuso actress Sanya Lopez, but she shared with Unang Balita on Wednesday that she makes sure that she finds time to squeeze in some exercise in her schedule.

"Actually, hindi ako nakakapagworkout madalas talaga dahil sa schedule kayo," Lopez confessed, but added, "Pero, kapag, minsan medyo early akong nakakarating sa bahay, at least 10 minutes sa threadmill ginagawa ko pa rin."

During her workout day, Lopez hits the gym to do Jacobs Ladder, planking, sit ups, leg raises, and hanging leg raises. When she can, she does these at home as well.

For her diet, Lopez shared that she has been on intermittent fasting for three weeks.

"16 hours akong hindi ako kakain and then 8 hours akong...puwede ko nang kainin 'yong lahat ng gusto ko," she explained.

However, she cautioned people from doing the fast without preparing properly, "Dapat, huwag mong bibiglain 'yong sarili mo."

Lopez is currently looking forward to her new GMA Afternoon Prime series "Haplos", which premieres on July 10. She is joined Rocco Nacino, Thea Tolentino, Emilio Garcia, Celia Rodriguez, Patricia Javier, Francine Prieto, Pancho Magno, at Diva Montelaba. — AT, GMA News
