Andi Eigenmann proudly shows off 'freckles, scars, stretch marks and all'

Actor Andi Eigenmann proudly showed off her "freckles, scars, stretch marks and all" in a photo she posted on Instagram.

In the photo, Andi is clad in a red two-piece bikini, her beauty marks visible.

"My appearance hasn’t really changed, I’m very much aware of that," Andi begins in the  caption. "I admit to still having insecurities like everyone else. What changed is that I just got tired of hating my body. Now, I have come to accept myself for the way I am. Freckles, scars, stretch marks and all."
