Kylie Padilla shares how she deals with her anxieties
Kylie Padilla took to Instagram to share about how she is successfully winning against her anxiety.
"Hope it helps some people," she began in the caption of her three-part series.
According to Kylie, she was "a slave to my anxiety" and was constantly living in fear: "Fear of not being in control, fear of failing, fear of being disliked, fear of being abandoned, fear of feeling inferior plus the fears that cloud my mind in every moment."
Kylie said her job as an actress made it easier for her to create "personalities that could tackle with [sic] all this mental turmoil so that maybe I would be able to perform the tasks expected to fulfill my job."

The Kapuso actor said there were times that doubts clouded her thinking but recently, she feels like she has finally won over her anxieties: by keeping still and finding the beauty in every moment.
"In situations where I would normally suffer a really bad anxiety or panic attack, I choose to sit still and breathe," she writes.
She learned to sit, listen and find ways to "understand others not just myself, and appreciating every moment that came to me."
Kylie began to realize that a lot of it had to do with her reaction — how she reacts to things.
" I began to realize how much everything actually depends on my reaction and mine alone. What a conundrum it is," she says.
Every night, Kylie would tell herself that "The world is already in too much pain and turmoil, why not be someone's blessing? Even in the smallest way, even if that means controlling your own negative thinking. Just so you could share the love you can offer and not the negativity or fear."
She said living with anxiety isn't easy. "Being unable to calm yourself down is absolutely terrifying... What we can do is do our best to take care of ourselves, be patient with ourselves and give ourselves the chance to hear our own true voices."
Kylie ended her note by encouraging those who might also be struggling with anxiety to learn to celebrate oneself.
"Nurture the inner child and take care of the ever growing adults within us. I'm a true believer of how we treat ourselves is an example of how we treat others.
