A recent AHA episode tackled germs.

According to the episode, covering your nose and mouth as you sneeze or cough with a tissue or panyo is a good way to avoid passing germs on.

If you don’t have those, don’t sneeze or cough into your bare hands.

Instead, direct your nose or mouth into your…elbows. That way, germs don’t contaminate your hands and you avoid passing them on.
