Another first-time mommy Rochelle Pangilinan is living proof that you can still achieve your body goals after childbirth.

The actress, who gave birth to Baby Shiloh last February, has been sharing her post-baby fitness journey and wowed everyone with the results after just three months.

 

 

 

Her secret?

"Disiplina talaga," Rochelle shared in an interview aired on Tuesday's "Unang Balita."

"Naisip ko, hindi naman mangyayari ang pagbalik sa katawan sa isang araw lang," she added.
