This household imposes strict measures against COVID-19

This family is making sure the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) keeps away from their home.

Because she works as a Family Medicine Junior Consultant in their private clinic, Dr. Katrina Roquero-Gillesania and the rest of her family is subjected to strict sanitation measures when she gets home.

The measures were put in place by her sister Darika, who witnessed their patients' situation in the clinic, and ensured that her house remains safe and disinfected.

The signs put around the house remind members that no outside clothing are allowed inside (they set up a changing room outside), to sanitize before going upstairs, to remember to drink water and stay hydrated, among other things.

Katrina accepts patients in the clinic to help decongest the hospitals battling the spread of COVID-19.

The Philippines has recorded 217 COVID-19 cases, with 17 deaths.
