How to do a ‘face towel workout’ like Rachel Anne Daquis
Staying home to avoid catching the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) can leave you feeling bored and sluggish.
But if you go online, volleyball superstar and fitness guru Rachel Anne Daquis can show you how to do a quality workout with a regular household item!
In her latest IG post, Rachel demonstrated an eight-part “face towel circuit” composed of different workout routines that you can do in your living room.
Her caption said that each person should do two rounds of the following:
- Sliding Hamstring curl x 10 reps
- Alternating Mountain Climbers x 12 reps
- Double knee tuck x 8 reps
- Reverse Lunge x 6 reps per leg
- Isometric reverse lunge x 10 reps per leg
- Sliding lateral lunge x 6 reps
- Sliding Swimmer x 8 reps
- 3 point touch - forward, lateral , backward count as 1 x 5 per leg
Rachel also noted that each person should finish all the steps and rest for two minutes before moving on the the next round.
You can also rest for 30 seconds between the exercises.
