Kryz Uy in no rush to get her body back after giving birth: ‘It’s not a priority’

Kryz Uy has said that despite wanting to look fit again and slowly working on getting her body back, it is not a priority as of the moment.

On Instagram, the vlogger posted a photo of herself in a workout suit from pre- and post-pregnancy.

“Both are me, and I love my body,” she wrote on the caption of her post.

Kryz said she’s been getting messages saying that they are “jealous of my postpartum body, or comment asking if I even gave birth.”

“Here’s my reply—honest and simple. My body has chaaaanged!” she continued.

Kryz said she is currently 10 pounds heavier, “and a lot softer (more huggable I like to say).”

She admitted that “of course this doesn’t always show in photos—because photos only show so much.”

Kryz said she is “slowly (really slowly) working on getting my body back (obviously I wanna look fit again).”

However, she stressed that “it’s not a priority and it definitely won’t take over time and effort I’d rather spend with Scottie.”

The vlogger also noted how “donuts and cookies are extra yummy when breastfeeding lol—I make room for happiness!”

At the latter part of her post, Kryz wrote a message for her fellow moms who are struggling with body issues.

“This one is for you. Take your time. Appreciate your body and all it’s done for you and your baby. Suck it in, but also, let it out!” she wrote.

Kryz and her husband Slater Young welcomed their first child on June 2.
