Barbie Forteza shares easy-to-follow home workout in latest vlog


Looking for a workout you can easily follow at home? Barbie Forteza's got you covered.

The Kapuso actress shared her own body weight workout, which only consists of eight exercises that last for 30 seconds each. After each exercise, there is a 10-second rest.

 

 

 

The workout follows this order:

  • Jumping jacks
  • Squat punches
  • Lunge kick
  • Superman
  • Shoulder taps
  • Crunch and leg drop
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Plank

And then you do the whole set twice.

Barbie said that no matter what you do, the important thing is consistency.

"Para sa akin, sa lahat ng aspeto ng buhay, kahit diet, kahit workout, kahit relasyon, dapat consistent ka," she said.
