Jak Roberto shares fitness tips, workouts in latest vlog


Jak Roberto took a break from pranking his sister and girlfriend to share some helpful tips to keep fit and healthy amid the pandemic.

"Gusto ko lang i-share sa inyo 'yung umeepekto sakin ngayong pandemic, kung paano ko na-boost 'yung immunity ko, paano nananatiling healthy ang ating pangangatawan," he said in his latest vlog.

The Kapuso actor shared some "gym essentials" he believes are good investments for home workouts.

 

 

Jak said his Top 4 are: an adjustable bench press, a dumbbell set, a couple of push-up handles, and an ab wheel.

He said that with these, you can do the following workouts:

  • Dumbbell bench press
  • Incline dumbbell press
  • Dumbbell shoulder press
  • Side lateral raise
  • Front raise
  • Dumbbell squats and lounges

He also said you can use them for core and back exercises, and advised to do a one to two minute plank if you still have energy left.
