Here’s what Andrea Torres does to maintain her toned abs

The fit and fab Andrea Torres has revealed her secret to maintaining her toned abs.

Asked by the hosts of YouTube talk show “Gtalk” what she does to maintain her figure, Andrea said she loved to eat but it’s all about “discipline.”

“Like I work out six times a week so that I can eat on Sundays, I can eat sweets, I can eat bread, anything I want,” Andrea said.

The Kapuso actress said she works out six times a week in the morning for one and a half hours.

Andrea said she didn’t have a particular diet but she “eats clean” from Mondays to Saturdays.

“I just try to eat clean—lots of chicken, lots of fish, less oil,” she said.

Andrea said Sundays were her cheat days. “Bawi talaga. In the morning first thing I eat three cookies, then I eat ice cream, crispy pata, burger, talagang the whole day I treat myself then the next six days I’m good.”

The actress said this setup works for her by motivating herself that at the end of the week she would be able to eat whatever she wanted.

She said she thinks it’s better than being on a diet for weeks. “You’re gonna mess up because that’s so far away pa.”

Aside from her six-day clean diet, Andrea said she also did ab exercises to keep her tummy flat and her abs toned.

“I hate ab exercises but I have to do it talaga until it hurts and parang you have cramps,” she said.

The actress also suggested having different types of workout to make it less like a chore and to keep your exercise routine fun.

Andrea recently confirmed her breakup with Derek Ramsay. They first stirred breakup rumors when she unfollowed the actor on Instagram in November, and fans noticed they both deleted photos of each other.

The actress said she would “always wish him and his family well.” Derek later confirmed the split, saying there was no third party involved.
