Sunshine Cruz, Aubrey Miles complete COVID-19 vaccine series

Sunshine Cruz and Aubrey Miles have completed their COVID-19 vaccine shots.

Sunshine shared the update on Instagram, Sunday, with photos of her and daughter Angelina Cruz, who also got her dose of the vaccine. 

“Fully vaccinated!” she wrote. “Encouraging everyone to register in your respective LGUs to enlist yourselves for the COVID-19 vaccine.”

“This is definitely the main solution for us to protect ourselves, family, friends, loved ones and the whole community. Inching us closer to going back to normalcy! Always stay safe everyone!”

Sunshine Cruz tested positive for COVID-19 in March and recovered in April.

Aubrey, meanwhile, shared a video of herself getting the jab at Robinson’s Magnolia.

“Good day. [Second] dose today (you can see there’s something inside),” she wrote in a mix of English and Filipino, adding that the process was good at the vaccination site.

The government has rolled out vaccination for the A4 category, or individuals who are required to physically report to their workplace, which includes media and entertainment workers.

Apart from Sunshine and Aubrey, those who have been fully vaccinated include Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, AiAi Delas Alas, Alice Dixson and Sharon Cuneta. — Franchesca Viernes/BM, GMA News
