Raphael Landicho, Little Jon of 'Voltes V: Legacy,' gets vaccinated vs COVID-19
Raphael Landicho, who will play Little Jon in "Voltes V: Legacy," is now vaccinated against COVID-19.
The child actor shared the update on Instagram, Tuesday, with a shot of him bravely getting inoculated while surrounded by balloons and movie characters.
"Finally! I got my first dose of Pfizer vaccine," he wrote in the caption.
Raphael, 9, also shared a video of how the whole process went and encouraged kids like him to get their shots when able.
"My first day of vaccine. Tapang ko po kaya kasi kinaya ko po. Sa mga kids, magpa-vaccine na rin kayo para sa safety natin. Health is wealth po," the caption read.
Among those who were delighted by the news was Mark Reyes, the "Voltes V: Legacy" director, who left a comment on his post.
"See you soon, Little Jon," Direk Mark said.
No further details have been revealed on the upcoming GMA-7 show's premiere. However, sneak peeks have been released to get the fans excited.
Several sites in Metro Manila have started vaccinating children aged five to 11. Those who already got their shots include Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo's kids Lucho and Luna, as well as Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes' daughter Zia.
