Here's your motivation from Bianca Manalo to get that workout in!

If you need motivation to hop on your sweat sesh today, just watch Bianca Manalo not giving up as she struggles to finish her spinning routine!

On Instagram, the Miss Universe Philippines 2009 titleholder uploaded three clips of herself on her stationary bike with different intensities and routines.

Bianca worked out on the tunes of “Gonna Make You Sweat,” an EDM on the second clip, and “Don’t Call Me Baby” on the last video.

On each of them, you can see the beauty queen keeping at it despite clearly having a difficult time. Her beautiful face couldn't hide the amount of effort she was putting in, while her slow movements betrayed her body reaching its limits.  

“Sharing with you my workout music today,” Bianca wrote on Thursday.

Bianca was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Universe in 2009. She represented the Philippines in the 58th Miss Universe pageant held in The Bahamas, where she failed to make it to the semi-finals.
