On Tuesday, the “Thank U, Next” hitmaker uploaded an Instagram Stories post showing off her bare face and adorable dimples, while holding a drink.

“Before @r.e.m.beauty!” Ariana wrote as a caption.

In the next IG story, Ariana posted an “after !!! @r.e.m. beauty :)” look where she was all dolled up using her makeup brand.

And while she looks a lot sleeker in the after photo, her before is just a display of flawless skin.
