The future is bra-less: 3 ways to support your boobs without having to wear a bra

Going bra-less is one of the most liberating — not to mention comforting — things a woman can do in her everyday life.
When the pandemic forced us to stay home, women's breasts all over the world were practically freed. Bras were shelves and boobies were allowed to be in their natural state.
Before anything else, it's perfectly fine to not wear a bra. According to general and breast surgeon Dr. Alodee Mejia, bras are there to support the breast tissue and keep the breasts "in place and allow the wearer to comfortably pursue physical activities."
They "have no direct impact on the health of women's breasts" because they are mainly just for support.
"Not wearing a bra doesn't automatically mean your breasts will sag because [the sagging] depends on what you were born with and your age," Mejia said.
Now that the world is back to normal, plenty women would still choose to go bra-less — if only there weren't minor inconveniences like nipples introducing themselves in the cold office, or breasts needing the support whenever we climbed the MRT stairs.
