A 12-year-old boy who has a lump on his face is asking for help so he can receive medical treatment for his condition.

According to a report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, Mark Clein Paul Ludivico, who hails from Isabela, previously had an operation in 2014 thanks to the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

Due to financial difficulties, however, he was not able to visit the hospital again for a checkup so a new lump grew on his face.

"Gusto ko pong mapatingnan ulit si Mark para maayos naman po ang kanyang buhay. Ang hirap, hirap ng buhay namin," said his mother, Eunice.

Mark has a hard time eating and breathing due to the lump.

His father's income as a fisherman is not enough to get him medical treatment, so his mother once again approached the GMA Kapuso Foundation for help.

According to Dr. Jaynee Saure, a pediatric surgeon, Mark has a cogenital problem called cystic hygroma or lymphangioma, which are fluid-filled cysts that usually form on the face or neck.

"Sana po matulungan n'yo ako para matupad ko ang mga pangarap ko," said Mark. "Gusto kong matupad ang pangarap ko na maging pulis SWAT at pagkatapos po, maging piloto ng jet. Gusto ko pong tulungan 'yung mga batang katulad ko."

If you're interested to help, the GMA Kapuso Foundation accepts donations through bank deposits, Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash, Shopee, PayMaya, Zalora, MegaMart, Globe Rewards, Metrobank credit card, and Lazada.
