After weight loss journey, Ben&Ben's Paolo Benjamin shares before and after photos with twin Miguel

Ben&Ben's Paolo Benjamin has come a long way in his weight loss journey!

On Instagram Sunday, Paolo shared a before and after photo comparison with his twin Miguel from seven years ago, with the De La Salle University campus on their background.

"Ready to conquer new heights with you (same caption as 7 years ago)," Paolo wrote.

Tagging Miguel in the caption, Paolo added, "[PS] nung unang post nito, ga-graduate ka pa lang. Ngayon kasal ka na. Ambilis haha."

In 2019, Paolo shared his weight loss journey and how he has utilized healthy habits like working out to get himself out of a bad mental state.

"I embraced a more active lifestyle to get to a better mental state. The weight loss and the rest followed," he said.

Last year, Paolo shared another update and flexed his abs. He also opened up on his relationship with food and encouraged a fan who experienced body-shaming.

Ben&Ben is a nine-piece folk-pop band famous for hits "Paninindigan Kita," "Kathang Isip," and "Araw-Araw," among others.

Last month, Ben&Ben's "The Way You Look at Me" cover featured a music video starring "Maria Clara at Ibarra" stars Barbie Forteza and David Licauco.
