Bask in the beauty and healing sound of nature in this breathtaking spa in Negros

What better way to enjoy a relaxing massage session than hearing the natural sound of nature and having a view of a vast greenery and a beach?

Located in Manami Resort in Sipalay, Negros Occidental, Linong Spa is nestled in the higher parts of a hilly forest to treat its guests with a breathtaking view of nature as they spend an hour or two for a pampering session in the form of massage and sound bath.

Linong is a Hilagaynon term that translates to peaceful and calmness in English. As this writer visited and tried its services earlier this month, its promise to give guests a relaxing and peaceful time was proven to be true.

From its Filipino-inspired interior design using local craftsmanship to the natural beauty of nature, the atmosphere was nothing short of calm and serene.

Here, you don't have to play a relaxing tune to calm your senses, as the natural sound of nature and the crashing waves hitting the shore will be the music to your ear.

Linong Spa offers a variety of rejuvenating activities. It offers two kinds of body massage: Linong Signature Touch (P2,800 for 60 minutes; P3,800 for 90 minutes) and Traditional Filipino Massage (P4,200 for 90 minutes).

The Linong Signature Touch features slow, soothing, gliding strokes that help release tension and discomfort and improve blood circulation.

Meanwhile, the Traditional Filipino Massage is inspired by an ancient Filipino practice that is believed to rejuvenate internal energy, release aches and discomfort, and promote faster healing of muscles.

Aside from massages, Linong Spa also offers body scrubs (P2,200-P2,800) and foot reflexology (P1,200-P1,800).

Manami Resort is located in Barangay Cayhagan, Sipalay, Negros Occidental.
