Bianca Umali after taking Bali trip: 'I've found peace within me'

Bianca Umali opened up about her personal reflection after taking a well-deserved trip in Bali, Indonesia.

On Instagram, the Sparkle star shared a photo of herself by the beach, looking extra happy with her bright smile.

“These past days, I’ve been smiling more - no reason, just peace,” Bianca said.

Initially, she considered external factors like the sea air, the sound of the waves, or the warmth of the sun caressing her skin as the source of her contentment.

“But deeper than that, it’s the quiet joy of knowing I’ve found peace within me,” Bianca wrote.

She admitted that for the longest time, she thought peace was something she had to chase and something she had to earn.

“Pero natutunan ko na hindi pala - peace comes when you stop fighting against life’s current, and simply allow yourself to flow with it. The highs and lows, the calm and the chaos… they all belong to the story of living,” Bianca said.

“Within me, my heart feels light, my mind feels free, and my soul feels whole.”

Bianca concluded her message with a heartfelt aspiration for her audience.

“And my hope is this: that whoever’s reading this right now, you also get to find your own peace. In your own time, in your own way.”
