300 students' nutrition monitored under GMA Kapuso Foundation's Give a Gift, Feed a Child project
The GMA Kapuso Foundation continues to monitor the nutrition and weight of 300 students in Gainza, Camarines Sur, who are under its Give a Gift, Feed a Child project.
According to "24 Oras" Monday, the foundation has been assessing the children's health every day since the project kicked off in June.
JC, a Grade 1 student, was among the students who had shown an improvement since undergoing the feeding program. While the boy was initially thin and weak, he is now energetic and actively participates in class.
His classmate, Cess, has also shown improvements in her reading and writing skills since starting the feeding program.

The foundation, along with the Gainza Municipal Nutrition Action Office, also held a nutrition education seminar for the students' parents, who were taught how to properly and safely prepare healthy meals for their children.
