SexBomb Jopay Paguia in the hospital due to concussion

Jopay Paguia is in the hospital due to a head injury.

In a Facebook post dated January 10, the SexBomb member shared a photo of her hospital bracelet, and said "Laban walang babawi."

She added, "Jopay kumusta ka na ... May ‘Rawnd 5 pa’ ... Get get aw" before using the hashtag #concussion.

Jopay did not provide any more details about her condition, but her husband, fellow dancer and Maneuvers member Joshua Zamora, updated his followers the following day, saying Jopay needed "a little more rest." 

"Soon makakabalik na yan si Ate Jopay nyo, we all know how God is faithful, just a little more rest,” Joshua said.

“Thank God there was no serious injury; we are still taking precautionary measures,” he added.

According to Joshua, Jopay will have more consultations with doctors, and thanked the team at the Capitol Medical Center Emergency Room as well as the public for their prayers and well-wishes.

In another Instagram post, Joshua said they are praying for clear and negative results.

The SexBomb Girls are in the middle of promoting the latest rounds of their highly successful reunion concert.

 They first performed at the Araneta Coliseum on December 4 and followed it up at SM Mall of Asia Arena on December 9 with an appearance of Mayonnaise, which famously released a single named after Jopay..

The third and fourth shows are happening on February 6 and 7, with the tickets for the third show selling out in less than a week.

"Rawnd 5" is scheduled for February 8 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

SexBomb Girls rose to fame through its daily appearances on a noontime TV variety show. Later, the group starred in the afternoon soap, "Daisy Siete," and became top recording artists.
