David Licauco undergoes high-intensity training for Hyrox

David Licauco is among the growing number of celebrities giving Hyrox a try.

On Instagram, the Pambansang Ginoo shared snippets of his intense Hyrox training, showing him running, rowing, doing burpee box jumps, lifting kettlebells, and more.

For those who may not know, Hyrox is a global indoor fitness race that combines running and functional workout stations. To complete the entire routine, participants run one kilometer followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Among the celebrities who have dabbled in Hyrox are Solenn Heussaff, Nico Bolzico, Anne Curtis, Erwan Heussaff, and Isabelle Daza, to name a few.

David currently stars opposite Jillian Ward in "Never Say Die." It airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8:55 p.m.
