Sparkle Run on May 30: Registration is now open

The first-ever Sparkle Run, in partnership with RUNRIO, is now open for registrations!

The fun run is set at the Quirino Grandstand on May 30, with a route that will pass through several historical and iconic landmarks across Manila. Around 8,000 participants are expected to join.

Participants can choose from various distances:

• 3K (P1,000)
• 6.6K (P1,200)
• 10K (P1,400) 
• 16K (P1,800) categories.

Sparkle Run also offers a special 5K group package for four, priced at P4,320.

Prices for all categories include a singlet, bib, finisher’s medal, and loot bag. Those participating in the 16K category will also receive a shirt.

Previously, GMA Network Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes said the event aims to promote health and wellness in Sparkle.

"Marami talaga tayong artists and influencers na into fitness and excited kami to show sa mga tao na we have to take care of our health, and I'm very happy na ka-partner natin dito ang City of Manila,” Gozon-Valdes said.
