100 individuals receive free dentures under GMA Kapuso Foundation's Ngiting Kapuso Project
A total of 100 individuals received free dentures under the GMA Kapuso Foundation’s Ngiting Kapuso Project.
According to Mel Tiangco’s report on “24 Oras” on Friday, among the beneficiaries of the project is Angelica Pedeza, who had lost her confidence after losing all her teeth.
Like Angelica, Rosalinda Tagle also received free dentures under the project. Per the report, she also lost her confidence after losing some of her teeth, which prevented her from applying as a barangay health worker.
“Hirap po talaga kami dito noong una. Hirap na hirap po kami dito. Kaya hindi po ako nakapagawa ng postiso. Noong po talaga, inaabangan ko 'yung Kapuso Foundation,” she said.
This Oral Health Month, Rosalinda and Angelica, along with the other beneficiaries, received partial and full dentures under the GMA Kapuso Foundation's Ngiting Kapuso Project in partnership with the Centro Escolar University (CEU) School of Dentistry.
Aside from dental care, Rosalinda and Angelica also received a makeover from celebrity stylist and hairdresser, Bambbi Fuentes. The GMA Kapuso Foundation likewise surprised Rosalinda with a birthday cake.
