Scarlet had a blast at the Halloween party her parents threw her

Dra. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho threw an incredible Halloween party for their unica hija Scarlet Snow.

Inflatable slides, a Lion King show, lots of games, and of course costumes made the day a fun and memorable one — so much so that Scarlet even gave a short speech at the end to give thanks for a wonderful day.
