HE'S ‘THE ONE’

Pinoy wins UAE’s largest singing reality show

It's an early win for Jovan Aquino, a Filipino abroad who just became "The One."

"The One" is a month-long singing reality competition in the United Arab Emirates and it is the biggest of its kind. Among the judges are Indian singer Shibani Kashyap, and Jeewan Gurung of the Nepal-based rock band The Edge.

"I’m still speechless and I still couldn’t believe it. What a way to close 2018’s door and what a great start for me this 2019!" Joven shared on his Instagram account.
