Catriona fever ramping up ahead of her homecoming parade
Days before her homecoming parade, the Catriona Gray fever has been ramping up, with fans creating her likeness in dolls and pastry to show their love and support for the reigning Miss Universe.
Alvin Ocampo, 25, showed off two Catriona dolls, one dressed in the iconic lava gown and the other one dressed in her national costume at the Miss Universe competition.
Meanwhile, at the Bakery Fair 2019 in the World Trade Center in Pasay City, a huge Catriona cake—including her lava gown, of course, and even her now-famous ear cuff—was on display at one of the booths.

Catriona returned to the Philippines on Friday, ahead of her scheduled return.
The Miss Universe 2018 queen will have her homecoming parade on February 21 and 23.
According to the Binibining Pilipinas Twitter account, the February 21 parade will be held in Pasay City, Manila, and Makati City, while the second parade will be held at the Araneta Center in Quezon City. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/BM, GMA News
