Slipknot's Manila show has been rescheduled for January 2021!

Slipknot's first-ever Manila show gets a new date: January 15, 2021!

The American metal band was originally scheduled to play Manila for the very first time in March 2020 but the concert, like many other events, had to be postponed due to "global health concerns."

According to concert promoters Pulp Live World, the much-awaited concert will still take place at the Amoranto Stadium in Quezon City.

Gates will open at 5pm, with the show starting at 7pm.

Tickets, with prices starting at P2,200, will go on sale again on June 30 at 10am through SMTickets, Ticketnet, AirAsia RedTix, and Platinumlist.net.

If you held on to your tickets for the March 2020 concert, good news to you: It will still be valid on the rescheduled show as all details — ticket prices, tiers, and sections — remain the same for the new date.

Filipino fans of Slipknot have clamored for this upcoming concert 15 years since the band was supposed to perform in the Philippines for the first time. — LA, GMA News
