1. Chemistry between the lead characters

Soo Hyun admitted that there was a "sense of awkwardness and difficulty" at first but he said as they spent more time together transforming into their characters Gang Tae and Moon Young it had built chemistry between them.

"I feel like we  have a quite comfortable chemistry between us now and so I hope that you can enjoy our chemistry on screen as well," he said.

Ye Ji, on the other hand, said that Soo Hyun has been "very considerate" of her since their first day as co-stars.

"I feel like our chemistry started off and continues to be quite good and I think I would even go as far as to say he's probably the best partner that I've had," she said.

2. The characters will give you heartache

Both Ye Ji and Soo Hyun revealed they felt heartache when they first read their own respective scripts.

Soo Hyun said it inspired him to challenge himself to immerse into his character.

"I wanted to be able to express that heartache into this form of art and in that process," he said.

The South Korean actor said he also wants to see how he "would change as a human being outside of the story as just me Kim Soo Hyun as a person."

Meanwhile, Ye Ji defined her character as something that's "truly intriguing" and new to her.

"I think that I can almost say I've never seen a character like the character that I play in any Korean drama before and also I also had a heartache about the fact that my character was unable to feel empathy toward other people," she shared.

Seo Ye Ji said through her character people will be able to look back at their own "hardships, your past, your actions, things you have said and even your future."

3. However, you'll also experience healing

Even though the characters will give you pain, the drama intends for people to find healing from it.

"One of the keywords for our drama series is the healing of the hurt so I hope that as you watch our story together you will be angry together, you'll be healed together, and you'll laugh and feel happiness together," Ye Ji said.

Soo Hyun said the beginning of the drama will start off as "a more laid off or comfortable" but as the story goes on he said there will be a "greater weight."

"I'm sure all of you will find yourselves engulfed in the story so I hope that you brace yourselves for that and I hope that you enjoy it," he said.

4. Despite the cultural differences the story is relatable

With the show being streamed to several countries outside South Korea, Soo Hyun is aware that there may be differences culturally and physically but he said there's one thing about the show that is universal.

"What's universal would be the way we are worried or concerned about our loved ones the way we think of the people that  are important in our lives and the way we feel our love toward other people," he said. "I think all of that is universal despite the cultural differences."

5. You'll see a different acting approach with Kim Soo Hyun from his previous shows

Since this is Soo Hyun's first big acting stint after his military service, many have been waiting for his comeback.

If you're missing how he was from his previous dramas such as "My Love From The Star," expect a different approach from the actor.

Soo Hyun said aside from becoming stronger physically he believes his attitude towards acting also changed.

"I've created a little more space by that I mean I have become a little more experienced, I have a little more space in my attitude toward acting," he said.

"My attitude shown through acting I would say so I think for anyone who has seen my acting prior to that I think you'll be able to notice [the difference] once you see the show," he added.
