LAST OF US PART 2

Netizen makes Ellie jam to 'Ama Namin,' 'Harana' and other Pinoy love songs

The post-apocalyptic horror game "The Last of Us Part 2" finally came out, and one of the many features that gamers loved was the part where you can make the character Ellie play actual guitar chords.

A Pinoy guitar player named Paolo Gabriel Gregorio obviously had a lot of fun with the mini game. He was able to make a full song cover of "Harana" by Parokya ni Edgar using only his controller.

Paolo also blessed the internet with a video of Ellie playing the religious song "Ama Namin" with him singing along, as well as a sweet rendition of I Axe's "Ako'y Sa 'Yo, Ika'y Akin Lamang."

"The Last of Us Part 2" is a recently-released action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4.

The player follows the protagonists Joel and Ellie as they set out into a post-apocalyptic world where a brain infection wiped out most of the population.

The game, which goes beyond the zombie apocalypse genre, has been noted for its brilliant graphics, immersive storyline, and intricate gameplay.

The cool guitar feature on "The Last of Us Part 2" was only an added bonus for Paolo, who had been waiting really long for the game to come out.

"I've read some negative comments/reviews from players pero for me kasi The Last of Us is on my top 3 games of all time in PlayStation. I played Part 1 in 2013 on PS3 and, when Part 2 was announced, that's when I decided to get PS4 (this was in 2018). So I waited really long for the sequel!" he told GMA News Online.

All of Paolo's video game guitar covers have been uploaded on his YouTube channel.
