These Filipino films are coming to Netflix this August

More Filipino films that you might have missed before are coming your way!

Netflix revealed three Pinoy titles that are premiering on their app this August.

1. Hindi Tayo Pwede (August 4)

In this Ricky Lee film, Gabby (Lovi Poe) is caught in a love triangle with her boyfriend (Tony Labrusca) and best friend (Marco Gumabao) — with a somewhat spooky twist. It just premiered earlier this year.

2. Kung Paano Siya Nawala (August 13)

Joel Ruiz's 2018 film follows Lio, who suffers from the condition faceblindness, an inability to recognize and remember faces. He then meets Shana, a beautifully free spirit who changes his life. It stars JM De Guzman and Rhian Ramos.

3. Tayo Sa Huling Buwan Ng Taon (August 27)

Nestor Abrogena's hit film picks up five years after the break-up of Sam and Isa. They attempt to find their own selves in the realm of their respective romantic relationships. It stars Nicco Manalo, Emmanuelle Vera, Anna Luna and Alex Medina.

Among the Filipino movies that trended on Netflix Philippines lately include "Through Night and Day," "Pamilya Ordinaryo," and "Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap."
