'The Promised Neverland' live-action film drops trailer

If you were sad about "The Promised Neverland" manga series ending, here's  a little something for you.

The popular manga is getting a live-action film adaptation, and they just released the trailer.

"The Promised Neverland" follows three gifted kids, Emma, Ray, and Norman, as they learn that their isolated orphanage isn't the haven they thought. They then make a plan to break out of the only home they ever knew as they battle demons.

Written by Kaiu Shirai and illustrated by Posuka Demizu, the story was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2016.

It came to an end last June, as creators released the final chapter.

An anime adaptation was aired in 2019, while the second season is set to air in January 2021.
