Ben&Ben sings rock version of ‘Pagtingin,’ plays ‘Otso Otso,’ ‘Tatsulok’ with a twist

Ben&Ben has just given its own twist to some Filipino songs!

On the latest episode of BBTV, the band’s new YouTube series, Ben&Ben gave their hit song “Pagtingin” the rock treatment.

Banging their heads around, one of the band members joked that their lead singer’s iconic long hair was perfect for the genre.

The band shared that with the help of a “spin the wheel” app, they paired random songs and musical genres.

Aside from “Pagtingin,” the band also performed “Tatsulok” by Buklod as a ballad, “Otso Otso” by Bayani Agbayani as a disco song, “Itsumo” by Dice and K9 under the funk genre, and “Go Up” by SB19 as a reggae hit.

Meanwhile, on their first episode, Ben&Ben sang covers of famous K-Pop songs. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
