The award-winning Filipino drama film is heading to Netflix, and is set to premiere on December 9.

This film by renowned director Jun Robles Lana follows 15-year old Kalel, the son of a priest who contracts HIV. It delves into the stigma surrounding HIV, religion, and the recklessness of youth.

"Kalel, 15" has won a handful of awards, including Best Director at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, and two Best Actor awards for actor Elijah Canlas at the 43rd Gawad Urian and the Asian Film Festival. —JCB, GMA News
