The Boss Baby is all grown up!

On Wednesday, Dreamworks dropped the trailer for the much-awaited film sequel "The Boss Baby: Family Business."

In the trailer, the beloved secret agent baby Ted Templeton and his older brother Tim have finally grown into adults themselves, one becoming a big-time businessman while the other a married man with kids.

Although they've grown apart, a new mission will have the two brothers bond yet again. Using a formula to make them kids once more, the two set out to stop a villain who trains babies to become evil.

Of course, this mission is done with none other than Tim's own daughter, who turns out to be a Boss Baby and secret agent as well.

Starring Jimmy Kimmel, Alec Baldwin, Jeff Goldblum, Ariana Greenblatt, Lisa Kudow among many others, "The Boss Baby: Family Business" will be released in theaters on March 26. —Kaela Malig/MGP, GMA News
