BTS' Jin drops solo track 'Abyss' right before his birthday

It's Jin's birthday, but it's his fans who got a treat!

The South Korean singer and BTS member just dropped a solo track titled "Abyss," available for streaming on Soundcloud and Big Hit's website.

"Hello, it's Jin," he wrote on BTS' Twitter. "It's two hours before my birthday. I upload something I worked hard on!"

Jin is a member of K-pop sensation BTS. The group recently got its first Grammy nomination for its phenomenal single "Dynamite," which shattered the YouTube record for the most views in 24 hours when the music video first premiered.

The group also set a record recently with their music video "Life Goes On," which surpassed 100 million YouTube views in just two days. —JCB, GMA News
