Heart Evangelista speculated to play fashion blogger Colette Bing in 'Crazy Rich Asians 2'

Heart Evangelista has long been rumored to be part of "Crazy Rich Asians 2," but now, speculations have centered on a specific role: fashion blogger and multi-billion company heiress Colette Bing.

Sounds like a perfect fit, yes?

Author Kevin Kwan himself gave the time of day to these speculations, sharing on Facebook a Vogue article that said Heart, Lana Condor, or Hannah Quinlivan were rumored to take on the role of Colette.

Kevin hinted, "A fun bit of speculation from our friends at Vogue...."

Heart and Kevin themselves appear to have a close relationship. Just last January, the two reunited during the Paris Fashion Week.

In 2018, Kevin and Heart spent time together in Paris where he described the actress as the "Darling of the Philippines" in a Harper's Bazaar feature.

Heart also revealed that the author wrote the foreword for her book "Styled with Heart."
