20 cool titles that will hit Netflix Philippines in Feburary


Looks like Netflix Philippines is armed and ready for people whose Valentine plans include a lot of "Netflix and chill" sessions.

The video streaming site announced at least 20 new titles that will hit it come the month of love.

Yep, 20. There are romcom movies, K-dramas, a Lovi Poe starrer, and yeyeahs! A GMA TV show. Check them out below:

To All The Boys: Always and Forever: February 12

What is next for Lara Jean and Peter? This third installment to the “To All The Boys” series will see the couple make big decisions as they face college, the start of adulthood.

Space Sweepers: February 5

It's the first of a couple of Song Joong Ki starrers this month. In "Space Sweepers," the Korean actor will play the role of a space pilot leading a team in outer space, explores the year 2092 and tries to earn money by selling space junk. They encounter a wide-eyed humanoid while doing so and makes their journey more interesting.

Malcolm & Marie: February 5

Directed by Sam Levinson, this black and white film stars John David Washington and Zendaya who plays a director and a director and his girlfriend. They face a romantic reckoning on the premiere of his latest film.

News of the World: February 10

Based on the novel by Paulette Jiles, this movie starring Tom Hanks is a story of a Civil War veteran who takes on a risky journey to bring an orphaned girl to a new home.

I Care A Lot: February 19

Starring Rosamund Pike who plays a legal guardian to the elderly, this film circles around her discovery that one of her clients turns out to be a different person.

My Rebound Girl: February 25

A coffee shop owner played by Alex Gonzaga creates firm dating guidelines to avoid heartbreak, but a new business partner puts her rules to the test.

Foolish Love: February 11

This story follows a 30-year-old woman’s search for Reynaldo dela Cruz, her childhood love whom she believes is her destiny.

The Annulment: February 12

This movie focuses on dealing with marital problems caused by pressure from families and personal failures. Lovi Poe as Gari and Joem Bascon as Sherwin give its viewers an idea on how it is like for couples who have to go through an annulment for their own good.

Rakenrol: February 4

Released in 2011, this Quark Henares movie follows two friends who form a band and discovers an underground rock scene filled with adventure. Starring two Kapuso celebrities Glaiza de Castro and Jason Abalos, "Rakenrol" also features a ton of cameos from the Pinoy Rock scene. 

Animals on the Loose: A You vs. Wild Movie: February 16

An interactive special, this film challenges its viewers to bring animals on the loose back to their protective habitats with Bear Grylls.
