Blackpink’s Jennie debuts as fashion editor for Vogue Korea

Blackpink member Jennie is making her debut as a guest fashion editor for Vogue Korea!

On Friday, the magazine published an editorial titled “Jennie [debuts] as a fashion editor for Vogue,” which showcases the K-Pop idol in stylish and edgy photos.

The article also lists “Jeni Kim” as a contributing editor for the issue.

The magazine revealed that the global fashion icon herself wasn’t just the star of the shoot, but was also the one who called the shots.

“Jennie has taken photoshoots as a model, but this is the first time she has participated in photo shoots as a planner, deciding on her own concept and deciding on hair and makeup drafts, including styling,” said the magazine.

In the photos, Jennie could be seen in various styles, from fierce and daunting to modern and timeless.

Jennie’s debut as a fashion editor becomes more serendipitous and meaningful as one recalls an interview with the singer in 2018.
